Terence McKenna merged his Teilhardian, Neoplatonic, Hermetic and apocatastasic hopes with the Timewave. After reading Steve Krakowski, Jeremy Narby, Martin Schonberger and Rupert Sheldrake, we can tell the I Ching measures the intensity of the gene flow only, no more, no less. The same goes for the Long Count. The Zero Point of the wave means that gene flow happens in a speed faster than what it can measure. Venter and IBM Sequoia will tell you that does not seem far away. I saw an Alex Gray painting on a Leonard Shlain lecture available at Google Videos, that probably means he knew about Stoned Ape Theory.
